1.1 Glasslight provides professional corporate photography services across Australia. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Bookings and Payments

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed through our official communication channels.

2.2 A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.3 Non-payment may result in a cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1 Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 7 business days in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total agreed fee.

3.2 Glasslight reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather or equipment failure.

4. Copyright and Usage

4.1 Glasslight retains the copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4.2 Clients are granted a non-exclusive license for personal or corporate use of the images, as specified in the agreement.

4.3 Images may not be altered, sold, or distributed to third parties without prior written consent from Glasslight.

4.4 Additional licensing arrangements, including exclusive or extended usage rights, can be negotiated upon request.

4.5 Any unauthorised use of the images may result in legal action.

5. Liability

5.1 While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our team and equipment, Glasslight is not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5.2 Any claims or concerns regarding the final images must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Privacy

6.1 Glasslight collects personal information necessary for the delivery of our services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information without consent.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
